Returns & warranty
Any items that are visibly damaged must be refused at the point of delivery and we must be informed of the refusal so that we can process a replacement order. Items that are unopened in their original packaging can be returned within 20 days of receipt; you must inform us of the request to process a return within this time frame. Opened items are considered used and are not eligible for return. It’s important that you check to ensure that the item that you are ordering is accurate to your need. DOA items must be identified within 5 days of receipt for us to process an exchange, and you must retain the original packaging to repackage the item to be replaced. Beyond 5 days of receipt a DOA item will be handled as a warranty issue directly with the manufacturer. All items are sold with whatever the manufacturers’ warranty is defined to be; Abacus Computers Inc. makes no warranty.
